  9.出现多条平行斜缝的;

  10.预制板内出现裂缝的;

  11.发现裂缝变长变宽(长大)的。

  房屋安全鉴定应该由谁来鉴定?

  根据房屋使用安全管理条例规定房屋安全鉴定应由房屋使用安全责任人委托房屋安全鉴定机构进行房屋安全鉴定。房屋安全鉴定机构应当自接受委托之日起十五日内出具房屋安全鉴定报告。经鉴定为危险房屋的,房屋安全鉴定机构应当自出具房屋安全鉴定报告之日起三日内,将房屋安全鉴定报告送达委托人,并报县建设局备案。
