1、建筑工程结构的检测可分为建筑结构工程质量的检测和既有建筑结构性能的检测。

2、当遇到下列情况之一时，应进行建筑结构工程质量的检测情况规定：

2. When encountering one of the following situations, the inspection of the quality of building structure engineering shall be stipulated:

1）涉及结构安全的试块、试件以及有关材料检验数量不足；

1) Insufficient number of test pieces, specimens and related materials related to structural safety;

2）对施工质量的抽样检测结果达不到设计要求；

2) Sampling test results of construction quality can not meet the design requirements;

3）对施工质量有怀疑或争议，需要通过检测进一步分析结构的可靠性；

3) There are doubts or disputes about the construction quality, so the reliability of the structure needs to be further analyzed by testing.

4）发生工程事故，需要通过检测分析事故的原因及对结构可靠性的影响。

4) In the case of Engineering accidents, the causes of accidents and their effects on structural reliability need to be analyzed through detection.

3、当遇到下列情况之一时，应对既有建筑结构现状缺陷和损伤、结构构件承载力、结构变形等涉及结构性能的项目进行检测：

3. When encountering one of the following situations, the existing building structures should be inspected for defects and damages, bearing capacity of structural components, structural deformation and other items related to structural performance.

1）建筑工程结构安全鉴定；

1) Structural safety appraisal of construction projects;

2）建筑结构抗震鉴定；

2) Seismic appraisal of building structures;

3）建筑大修前的可靠性鉴定；

3) Reliability appraisal before overhaul of buildings;

4）建筑改变用途、改造、加层或扩建前的鉴定；

4) Appraisal of buildings before they are used for alteration, renovation, storey addition or expansion;

5、建筑结构达到设计使用年限要继续使用的鉴定；

5. Appraisal of the continuing use of building structures when they have reached the design service life;

6）受到灾害、环境侵蚀等影响建筑的鉴定；

6) Identification of buildings affected by disasters and environmental erosion;

7）对既有建筑结构的工程质量有怀疑或争议。

7) There are doubts or disputes about the quality of existing building structures.

4、建筑结构的检测应为建筑结构工程质量的评定或建筑结构性能的鉴定提供真实、可靠、有效的检测数据和检测结论。

4. The detection of building structures should provide real, reliable and effective detection data and conclusions for the evaluation of the quality of building structures or the appraisal of the performance of building structures.

5、建筑结构的检测应根据本标准的要求和建筑结构工程质量评定或既有建筑结构性能鉴定的需要合理确定检测项目和检测方案。

5. Inspection of building structures shall reasonably determine inspection items and schemes in accordance with the requirements of this standard and the needs of quality evaluation of building structures or performance appraisal of existing buildings.

6、对于重要和大型公共建筑宜进行结构动力测试和结构安全性监测。

6. Structural dynamic testing and structural safety monitoring should be carried out for important and large public buildings.
